I first met Jane not on a stage, but in the corner of a large tent.
She'd hustled a speaking slot at Ideas Fest by convincing Frankie James to let her create her very own side stage.
I was one of the 100+ people she convinced to turn up and actually watch her.
By the end of that hour, she'd helped many of us realise something quite profound - that we're not breathing properly.

I've been lucky enough to get to know Jane really well.
She is one of MicDrop's founding members. And quite frankly, she is nothing short of a force of nature.
She's not going to stop until everyone is breathing optimally. (And using mouth tape when they go to bed).
Her journey since has been quite something...

3. Doesn't give up. Gets on with it. Keeps applying 🦁

Coincidence? I think not! 🤐
Watching her journey unfold has been one of the highlights of my career (and I know she's only just getting started).
It's a perfect example of what can happen when you have unwavering belief in your message...

I talk a lot about landing more talks, getting paid to speak etc. but the truth is...
I created MicDrop for people who are creating change. It's why we're a low-ego and high impact community.
It's also why we limit spots and don't scale endlessly. I'm focused on creating more success stories like Jane's.
